3. If an item in our store becomes unavailable, you will be refunded or a comparable item will be used.
   

4. All pre orders will be picked up at Miss Shen Softball Complex - Clifton Common Boulevard, Clifton Park, NY 12065 - Saturday - Check your email for updates. 
   
   We will have a team onsite making custom apparel,  however on-site options may differ from available options online.
