• All orders must be picked up on-site during the event at Troy Park, 6500 Mansion Lane, Elkridge, MD 21075. Select “Pickup in Store” at checkout.
• Decorated merchandise is non-returnable unless defective or an error is made by Cre8tee LLC.
• If an item becomes unavailable, you’ll receive a refund or a comparable substitute.
• Orders not picked up during the event may incur shipping charges for delivery.
