All decorated merchandise, including customized, personalized, or screen-printed items, is non-returnable unless defective or due to an error by Cre8tee LLC. Please carefully review your order details, including size, color, design, and personalization options, before finalizing your purchase. Customer errors, such as selecting the wrong size, do not qualify for returns.

Defective Items or Order Errors

If you receive a defective item or we made an error, contact us within 14 days of receiving your merchandise to initiate a return or exchange. We will promptly address the issue.

Refund Process
