1. No Late Pre Orders are accepted. 

2. All Decorated Merchandise is non-returnable unless defective or an error
   was made by Cre8tee LLC.

3. If an item in our store becomes unavailable, you will be refunded or a comparable item will be used.
   

4. All pre orders will be picked up at Meadowbrook Athletic Complex - 5001 Meadowbrook Lane, Ellicott City, MD 21043, you will need to pay shipping. 
   
   We will have a team onsite making custom apparel,  however on-site options may differ from available options online. We will have more tie dyes on site.
