All orders will be picked up on site during the event.

At Checkout Page select Pickup in Store for the delivery option. 

1. All Decorated Merchandise is non-returnable unless defective or an error
   was made by Cre8tee LLC.

2. If an item in our store becomes unavailable, you will be refunded or a comparable item will be used.
   

3. All orders are to be picked up during the event at Francis Morse Park, Heather Dr, Methuen, MA 01844. Our tent will be located next to the snack stand. If you do not pick up your order you'll have to pay shipping to receive it. 
   

4. We will have a team onsite making custom apparel,  however on-site options may differ from available options online.
