2. Decorated merchandise is non-returnable unless defective or an error is made by Cre8tee LLC.
3. If an item becomes unavailable, you’ll receive a refund or a comparable substitute.
4. Pick-Up Orders not picked up during the event may incur shipping charges for delivery.
5. Our on-site team will offer custom apparel, but options may differ from online selections. We will also offer specific swim strokes and related swim design onsite. Our onsite representative can assist you.
